The Phoenix Foundation, at the University of Montana has been serving the Non-Tradiotnal Student body for over two decades. Established in 1988, this organization has staedily grown from an estimated 2500 students to well over 5,500 students as of Spring semester 2003. We are looking to establish a record of academic achievement that will be unrivaled and heard of at the Univeristy of Montana.

After you download the application, simply print it, fill out the application and send it , along with your dues ($35.00 + $6.95 for shipping), GPA verification and one letter of recommendation from your advisor to:
